Road obstructions include (but not limited to) rocks, vehicles, trash, or intentionally placed vegetation. The road lot is collectively owned by all 4009 lot owners of Hawaiian Acres (HA). The road easment is 40'. All lot owners and their invited guests have the right to expect safe and unencumbered access over the roadways of HA.

We urge you to please remove any and all obstructions that exist or have been placed in the road lot fronting your property.

HACA was created to oversee and represent the issues of the road lot. HACA is not involved with road maintenance.
