Property Listings

This is a new service offered by the HACA Landowner Relations Committee. We will list vacant lots offered for sale by owner. When a Hawaiian Acres lot owner contacts us with his/her lot and contact information, we will add it to the real estate listing posted below. We will also list vacant lots that may be available for exchange with another vacant lot in Hawaiian Acres. To list your property or to get more information, please contact the HACA Landowner Relations Committee at email address or by mail via PO Box 368, Kurtistown, HI 96760. The purpose of this service is to put land sellers in contact with potential buyers. It is up to the buyers and sellers to reach and agreement and then proceed with the sale. A licensed real estate agent may be used to assist in the transaction, or the sellers/buyer may work directly with a title company. It is their choice.
