April 23rd meeting minutes

I.                   Call to order 3:00 pm
II.                 President’s Report – Susan Chesley
III.              Vice President’s report-
a.     24-199b- the ordinance for abandoned vehicles, refrigerators, tires, etc. Use this to call county when reporting illegal dumping.
IV.              Secretary Report-
                                                              i.      Matson Clean up application being processed.
                                                            ii.      Sent request to VFD for all contact info for 2017 Members.
V.                Treasure Reports- Financial statements- Current month and Year
                                                              i.      Insurance deposit paid- $4000
1.     Discussion-  for paying  full year upfront vs. monthly payments.
VI.               Office Manager Report-
                                                              i.      Membership- 177 members
                                                            ii.       Financial reports for year +$5563.34 and month+$2167.29
                                                          iii.      Matson Clean up application submitted with help of secretary
VII.           New Business-
a.     Farmer’s Market committee meeting scheduled for next month.
                                                              i.      Focusing on a Vendor of the Week to highlight our suppliers. 
b.     Discussion on charging vendors a fee plus membership or weekly fee.
c.      Patrick- Parking code Sect. 24-24-a Parking must be  individually accessible
d.     HARC- Meet and Greet to be scheduled.
e.     Maintenance-Power washing roof, painting. Must purchase paint before power washing will be done.  
f.       Exterminator- Glenda will call John Lehnert to discuss options.
g.     Vote to make Alex Shade a check signer à 6 aye 0 no
